QNSP

Cookie Policy

What cookies QNSP sets, why we set them, and how to control them. QNSP does not run advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.

Last updated: 2026-05-15

This Cookie Policy explains how CUI Labs (Pte.) Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies across qnsp.cuilabs.io, docs.qnsp.cuilabs.io, and cloud.qnsp.cuilabs.io. It supplements the Privacy Policy and is governed by the Terms of Service.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies — local storage, session storage, and HTTP headers — for the same purposes. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

What we use, and why

QNSP sets strictly-necessary cookies only. These are required to operate the site and provide the services you have requested — signing you into QNSP Cloud, securing requests against forgery, recording your consent choices, and routing traffic through our CDN.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party retargeting pixels, cross-site analytics fingerprinting, or social-share trackers. We do not sell or share personal data with advertising networks.

For visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential cookies (ePrivacy Directive, GDPR), QNSP relies on the strictly-necessary exemption — we do not set non-essential cookies, so no opt-in or opt-out flow is required. If we ever add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will publish a consent banner and update this policy first.

For visitors in Singapore (PDPA), the cookies we set are necessary to provide the service and to comply with our security obligations.

How to control cookies

Most browsers let you view, restrict, or delete cookies. Because QNSP only sets strictly-necessary cookies, blocking them will break sign-in to QNSP Cloud and may prevent secure state-changing requests from succeeding. For the marketing site (qnsp.cuilabs.io), blocking cookies has no functional impact.

Browser-specific instructions are available from your browser vendor — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our cookie inventory changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will display a consent banner on first visit and update this page before activating them.
